The TFH dyeing plant
The yarn dyeing company TFH Textilausrüstungs GmbH is part of Zwirnerei Nikol Weber GmbH. We offer dyeing for all common substrates – including rayon, cotton, polyester, polyacrylic, wool, and blended yarns. In our cross-winding dyeing facility, yarns in various batch sizes are processed and, if necessary, finished – with sewing thread finishing, hydrophobization, antibacterial or flame-retardant finishing on wool.
Individual consultation and great flexibility characterize our way of working. We rely on resource-saving, optimized processes and carry out quality monitoring and authenticity tests in accordance with our customers' requirements.
Services
Dyeing
We dye all common substrates – rayon (CV), cotton (CO), polyester (PES), polyacrylic (PAC), wool (WO) and their blends. We cover a wide range of colors and requirements, from sample batches to series production.
Finishes
Depending on the intended use, we offer sewing thread finishing, water repellent finishing, antibacterial finishing, and flame retardant finishing on wool. Other special finishes are available on request.
Batch sizes
Our dyeing facilities allow for flexible batch sizes from 1 to 500 kg – for small series as well as larger production quantities.
