Nikol Weber twisting mill
In our twisting mill, we manufacture technical yarns and twisted yarns using two-ply and ring-twist processes, supplemented by our winding mill and dyeing plant using the cross-winding dyeing process.
Our range also includes textile finishing (flame retardant, hydrophobic, antibacterial, fluorescent, antistatic) and natural fiber yarns (hemp, nettle, linen, GOTS-certified, compostable, recycled, sustainable) – for product diversity and the highest quality from a single source.
Doubling
During the doubling process, the required number of raw yarns are spooled in parallel with the required running length.
Two-for-one twisting
For two-for-one-twisted yarn, the previously doubled yarns are twisted together on the appropriate machines.
Ring twisting
Ring twisting machines are especially good at twisting multifilament yarns and polypropylene tapes. It is also possible to produce multiple and mixed qualities, known as cordonettes.
Winding
During the winding process, yarns and twines are spooled to the required dimensions and shape.
Dyeing plant
During the dyeing process, the yarn is carefully dyed and finished to ensure color fastness and optimum quality.
